Returns

For all Returns - Exchanges, Refunds, Store Credits please visit our RETURNS CENTER 

In the event that you need to return a product, please review our Returns Policy below.

Only full price orders are eligible to be returned for the below:

  • A store credit for the value of your original order, (not including shipping) valid for 12 months from date of issue. You must contact us within 14 days from delivery and post the item to us within 10 business days of your return request being approved.
OR,
  • A refund of the product cost to the original payment method, minus a $10 flat rate processing and handling fee. You must contact us within 14 days from delivery and return the item to us within 10 business days of your return request being approved.
All items must be returned in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached and within 25 days from date of dispatch. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL SWING TAGS ARE STILL ATTACHED TO THE SHIRT, OR YOUR RETURN WILL BE INVALID.

If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be returned back to the sender at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to DECLINE any return if the item/s does not meet ALL return conditions.

The cost of sending back your return is at the customer’s expense. Antola Trading does not provide any returns labels or cover the cost of return shipping for sending your return back.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund under any circumstances unless deemed faulty.
  • All reduced items in any sale or promotion are final sale and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be offered unless deemed faulty.
  • We do not offer refunds on 'change of mind'. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customised, seconds or items purchased on sale.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Socks (due to hygiene reasons) 

Refund Process:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for prompt resolution. Email media@antolatrading.com.
